Prompts = Philodendron, Cassidy, Simplistic
Greg’s Suggested Videos on YouTube included one about houseplants.
‘This is stupid’, he muttered as he watched, enthralled.
Later, his feed was full of videos about the procurement of, the care for, and the joy in owning plants.
Within a week, his house was full of foliage babies.
He loved them. And they loved him — a pure, simplistic, thankful love for the appropriate light, humidity, and water conditions.
But their names… philodendron, bromeliad, sansevieria… long and difficult to pronounce. So he renamed them. Philodendron became Phil. And Roger and Cassidy and June and… so many he can’t remember them all.
