G’day. Today I want to talk about some of the most mischievous devils in your home: bathroom fittings.
Everything involving water running through the house is a water damage disaster waiting to happen. Don’t be fooled — not only do the fittings understand this, they take advantage of it whenever possible. Without adequate supervision, they’ll turn into juvenile delinquents.
And they’re smart too. They know about gravity; if they can start a leak in an upstairs bathroom and have the moisture soak into the joist system and rot the entire support structure, so much the better.
