‘This is spectacular!’, he said.

‘Spectacularly bad.’, she said.

‘It’s a bit rough.’, he admitted.

‘Roughed up, more like.’, she observed.

‘The primary reason to own this place is to transform it into our home.’, he opined.

‘The orchard we just abandoned was supposed to be that.’, she rejoined.

‘The secondary reason is to build equity.’, he grasped.

‘You haven’t built anything in your life.’, she criticized.

‘The tertiary reason, and admittedly what I should’ve led with, is I inherited it!’

‘Your grandmother really didn’t like you, did she?’
