“Do these jeans make my ass look fat?”
My attempts to answer my wife’s question prove I’m far too literal.
I answered no — it’s your ass that makes your ass look fat. I slept on the sofa for a week.
But for some reason, she felt the need to ask it again on a different day. Turns out using the word “plump”, no matter how well-intended, won’t keep you off the sofa.
A third attempt at answering led me to talk about her “denim ass enclosure”. This, at least, confused her enough to spare me from more sofa time.
