‘Frank Cappuccino, Bicycle Patrol 51, please state what you observed on July 23.’

‘I witnessed the defendant, pistol in his left hand, exit the convenience store. I gave chase and apprehended him, as the helmet camera video attests.’

‘Are you confident it was my client that you saw?’

‘Yes.’

‘I have misgivings about your testimony. For one, my client was nowhere near the crime scene. Nextly, did you obtain permission from my client to film him? Because that’s an invasion of privacy.’

‘I should’ve gotten permission to film someone who wasn’t there?’

‘Objection, Your Honour! Answer isn’t what I wanted!’
