Prompts = Package, Arrival, Belated
The gods that formed when the Earth was new were not particularly sophisticated gods. They worked with the “bigger is better” mentality. Nothing highlights this more than the dinosaurs, huge lifeforms by any standard.
However, not all the gods were on the same page. Take the one that decided to send a care package in the form of a massive asteroid towards the Earth. It arrived belatedly, slammed into the Earth, helped form the Moon, but wiped out the Great Lizards.
It taught the gods that bigger isn’t necessarily better. And the power of the words “Whoops, sorry, my bad”.
