‘Turns out the cops are on to us. We need to throw them off the track. Ideas?’
‘What about philanthropy? Give some money to a kid’s hospital, sort of thing.’
‘Good idea! Can’t arrest us if we’re doing good, right?’
‘Yeah! Use some money we’ve gotten from robbing and extortion to bring charity to the fore. A Robin Hood thing. Nothing bad ever happened to him.’
‘Indeed. We’ll need to use finesse.’
‘What if we just hand cash to the cops?’
