Of the above, it’s Stanley’s reputation that’s best known to the world at large. The unabridged list of his accomplishments would run to several volumes, but know that he has strode down the stately corridors of diverse countries and kingdoms for centuries, meeting with officials of all ranks and offices to keep his kind safe from prying eyes.
