The life of a turtle
Is the perfect life for me
When you ask why
I give reasons three
In the warm sunshine
Any beam will do
I bask to my heart’s content
I have time, do you?
When it comes to eating
I can consume so many things
Dinners are always varied
I wonder what today will bring!
Turtles love snuggles
And do yoga in groups
We stack, one on the other
No one’s neck ever droops
So you see why I say
This is the perfect life
We enjoy ever single moment
And are always free of strife.
